- Initial investment in the development of supply and disposal systems plus commitment to further development during the contractual period.
- Heat, chilling energy, power, water, compressed air, waste water, recycling
- Guaranteed savings for reduction of annual supply and disposal costs by at least 10% up to the end of the contractual period (10 years)
