Scope of services:

• Extension and adjustment of building management systems with connection to the control center of HOCHTIEF Energy Management for remote monitoring.
• Retrofitting of a waste gas heat exchanger.
• Installation of a condensing hot water boiler.
• Optimization of air-conditioning system control features for distribution of heat and cold.
• Retrofitting of a speed control for the ventilators of the ventilation system.
• The guaranteed cost economies and any savings beyond the terms of the contract are shared equally between client and service-provider.
